didn't like the how it was worded though reminded me a lot of Jessica Jones and how hard pressed they were to name names

I'm not sure exactly, but I think it was for a longer time than that. I never read the comic, so I dunno, but I can't imagine Matt learning all his skills in a month or so

The Black Sky is some sort of evil force that rarely comes about, but some people, like Elecktra, have it. That's why she enjoys killing. The immortal Hand believed the Black Sky can bring them ultimate power

Stick sent Elektra to Matt to get him back in the war to see if she could get him on board with killing the enemy when necessary. He was probably watching their progress until she almost died and he had to step in.
