@Bricktop My advice to anyone like myself that is trying to make a reputable career in the music industry is to love it like how attorneys suppose to love the law. Doing it for money leads to quick disappointments. Thick skin is needed and starting a career in music is like a small business because one is going to spend more trying to get in before making money from it.

The best part and most encouraging thing to me is more people fizzle out.

Produce and unfortunately write since r&b singers really do not like to write. Then elevate up to an executive in about 10-15 years.
