Except remasters can give developers much needed funds for their original product without sinking the ungodly amount of money it takes to launch a non-indie game.

Not only that but PS3 didn't do as good the 360 but the PS4 did much better than the XBone so a lot of new fans that might have played PS3 classics or might not have bought those games on their previous console can experience them in a more complete state with better specs.

It's not like these studios are choosing to work on Remastered games over their own original IPs.

Zelda and God of War rip off

Not so much God of war but it definitely has Zelda written all over it, even though the combat is way better, the weapons and variety are better, it has great rpg elements built into it and an interesting story. I'm not sure why this series doesn't get more praise, especially the second one.
