Sources: Darrell Bevell fired as Seahawks offensive coordinator after seven seasons

The Seattle Seahawks have parted ways with offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell after seven seasons, sources tell PFT.

Bevell was told of the decision Tuesday night according to a source informed of the decision. The Seahawks missed the playoffs for the first time since Bevell’s first year in Seattle in 2011.

They were in it until the very last day of the season. Wilson threw for nearly 4000 yards and 34 TDs to 11 INTs when defenses knew that he had to carry their offense and he was going to do nothing but pass the ball because they had almost no other option. Baldwin missed his 3rd straight 1000 yard season by less than 10 yards and was a Pro Bowler last season, and Richardson is one of the better #2 receivers in the league

Without those 3 guys on offense, the Seahawks are probably a 4-6 win team

They can't do it all alone. Plus let's not forget that Sherman and Kam were out for a significant portion of the season

I do get what you're saying, but my point was that their roster offensively is complete and utter garbage outside of those 3 guys. Nobody on the line is worth a shyt other than Duane Wilson, and every single one of their running backs was awful this season
