Pete isn't going anywhere. At some point the game will pass him by and he'll need to go, but Pete's biggest problem is his loyalty. He doesn't fire his coaches.

theres no 'read' on the play. the play is a designed pick play and there is only one recepient on that play. the ball was thrown inaccurately, route was ran sloppily and butler recognized the play and took advantage of it being sloppy execution
