Its official... I'm placing him on Larry Holmes #flabbyandsick status...was getting beat all night man and the stats don't tell the whole story... He's turning into a DB that gives up too many catches now...he will make plays here and there but them shut down days are over

Just want to make sure I understand what brought this on...

Darrelle Revis is no longer an elite Cornerback because the Jets lost by 3 points to the Bills?

Buffalo ran for 148 yards and made no turnovers.
Meanwhile the Jets had 4 turnovers.

Ryan Fitzpatrick threw 2 interceptions.
Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker combined to catch just 9 of 21 targets.

The top receiver for the Bills was TE Charles Clay and then McCoy...each with about 50 yards receiving.
Their star receiver, Sammy Watkins caught 3 balls all game. For 14 yards.

I don't even know why I bothered to explain this.

He only had 2 catches against Revis had some plays against zone and other defenders

When Revis was the covering defender, Robinson caught only two of the seven passes sent his way, the same number as Revis broke up himself — although Robinson did get him for a 33-yard pass, the longest play surrendered by Revis this season. In total, Robinson caught two passes for 50 yards against Revis, and four for 71 against the rest of the Jets defense.

I watch them weekly and to say the Patriots are better with Logan Ryan at cornerback than Revis is absurd.

Used to revis being a shut down corner, he's not that anymore, still great. That knee injury has slowed him down
