I converted from Met fan to Yankee fan when they brought Doc & Darryl on. Also, Darryl had a low key good year at DH for that chip. 24 homers and shyt.

It's crazy how Straw and Doc careers went left. Two of the most talented athletes NY ever saw and they were sure to be hall of famers. The party life, drugs, women and alcohol destroyed them. Those 80's Mets teams shoulda definitely won more than 1 'ship.
