IMO - I think he was fukked up off of those different pills, in his house chillin, put a hat on, grabbed the keys and ended up going out for a drive barefoot on some zombie sleepwalking shyt.

those tests generally dont factor in. i probably cant walk a 10 yard perfectly straight line or stand on one foot for 60 seconds balancing stone cold sober. for alcohol duis the breathalyzer you blow at the scene isnt even court admissible most places. the test you take at the station is official. if you blow over and by the time you get to the station you blow under, theres nothing they can do in regards to dui a lawyer will get that shyt tossed down to a careless driving or nothing. coupled with the zombie like nature of him standing at the car, and the crazy slurred speech etc is where hes going to get into trouble, because hes quite clearly impaired to the point where motor skills are non existent. you dont even have to submit to those roadside tests. they will certainly take you in, but if you blow fine at the station they just let you walk. anyone taking those roadside tests dont know their rights

You might be right. Didn't he have sunglasses on top of his hat? At 3am? Lol. Ppl who take ambien do sleepwalking stuff like that. And we know he takes it or has in the past.
