The key is to eat a well balanced...

How many nikkas on the coli cook more than egg bacon sandwich, tuna sammich, or some Caesar salad BS they got from McDonalds and consider it a 'balanced diet'.

What yall also need to realize is we are dealing with more pollution and stress on the daily compared to our ancestors. And even they consumed herbs for additional strength and focus.

Humans have always "supplemented" to treat illness or maintain good health.

It has occurred to me that 99% of nikkas on the coli and 70% of nikkas IRL have zero medical knowledge about their body or biology in general. Let me help yall stop paying for these check-ups that half the time you don't even need. The main time you should be using a doc is when you get a cap busted into your left buttcheek by your ex/baby momma, you get into a car accident and need your rib cage reconstructed or some hardcore shyt like that. American surgeons are the best in the world.

For all that other shyt here is what you need to make sure you are doing to prevent these weird illnesses from popping up:

1) Multivitamin - Most of you are not getting everything you need on the daily basis through food alone. No nikka you not no Gordon Ramsey so don't even argue with me about this.:beli: Deficiencies in basic vitamins A-Z cause 200+ different illnesses. Most people are low on the basics and no you cannot see this in your annual blood test check-up unless it's moderate to severe. Most Women ain't even taking a got damn iron supplement :why: (I thought this would be fukkin' common sense?!) If you a man that don't take Zinc or a Woman who don't take Iron: :ufdup:

2) Omega 3 - Flax or Fish, take your got damn pick and don't ask why just take it :martin:

3) Probiotics: A lot of you nikkas digestive systems probably look like a warzone with all that hot sauce, cheap hot dogs, henny and diet coke eating the natural mucous in your tracts and shyt :comeon:...Over HALF yo immune system is in your GUT brehs

4) Antioxidants - You can get these from food or herbal tea but you have to look for it deliberately. Look on the sides of the grocery store it ain't in the middle where those pop tarts is at nikka .Pomegranates, Blueberries, Cranberries, pretty much all the berries have some to a degree. If it's not organic don't eat em, period.

5) Vitamin D - Most of us are deficient because the melanin blocks out some of the UV rays that our skin uses to make it. Take 2,500 a day for Females and 5,000 iu for Men. If you live near the equator you don't need that shyt though.
This is just the basics for the average everyday :flabbynsick: type nikka. For dudes that hit tha gym hard you will need a lot more than this shyt and that is for another thread. :youngsabo:

Here come the nay-sayers...

They can't understand two things:

1) The FDA is all staffed by former Pharmaceutical Execs and refuse to invest into research into various supplements and their health effects. In addition more people go to the ER over aspirin and other "regulated " OTC and Rx meds vs. QUALITY supps

2) Various minerals such as Boron, Vanadium and other trace elements in top soil along with levels of the basic Vitamins such as Beta Carotene have been depleted by pesticide treatments. The food you are eating today is not even as nutritious as the food your daddy ate.

I ain't arguing with you nikka. But I will say bio-availability when it's tested is usually tested in lay persons who have no idea what they are doing. We don't even understand the resting health state of these people participating in these studies.

A lot of people have low stomach acid due to drinking soda which eats away at the lining of your upper GI. So of course if a diet pepsi Fat Albert type nikka takes some B-vitamins he ain't gonna absorb all that shyt. :martin: He got to fix his GI problems before he can get the most out of supps OR food... In fact for people with GI issues they usually MAKE them supplement because their body is too weak to extract the got damn nutrients from the food.

You got to realize that self-experimentation is your best bet. Studies are great but at the end of the day the money isn't there and therefore there is no motivation for folks to fund stuff that is cheap and they can't patent or make money with.
