Closest ive ever "had" was a 4 pack. But that shyt was like 13 years ago (im 34 now).
4 kids later....I go to the gym 4 days a week, but only for power lifting and mass.
No 4-pack anymore but my arms,chest, and traps are on rhino status @ 270 lbs.
