The problem is women are still trying to hold men to traditional dating constructs when they are no longer traditional women.
In traditional courting there are expectations on each side for the man and the woman. Men still hold up their end of the bargain, paying for dates, opening doors etc.. most modern women however have dropped the ball and are not worthy of being courted ( Multiple kids and baby daddys, cant cook, cant clean, not feminine, trying to date multiple men and sleeping with multiple men at once etc... ) .No man with options is courting a woman like that and that's why these lost modern woman are complaining that men are not taking them out on dates like that anymore.
That’s why the word intentional is misused.
Their definition of intentional = spend money on me, but I still want benefit of others and for you to prove. She can’t be “intentional” if she’s sharing fluids and exchanging energy with multiple people.

Courting = 1 person at a time / families know each other / sects / marriage timeline / kids timeline / set role expectations
Dating = free for fall / more unserious / going wit the flow
These two pools are mixed that’s why it’s difficult for the serious person. But no one is being straight up and revealing their expectations.
