Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina has "significantly diminished" brain function and doctors have told her family it does not look good ... this according to sources connected with the family.

As we previously reported, the 21-year-old was found face down in her bathtub Saturday and not breathing. She was revived, taken to the hospital where she was placed in a medically-induced coma.

She is currently on a ventilator but we're told tests have determined her brain function is alarmingly low.

Bobbi Kristina's dad, Bobby Brown, is at her bedside.

Doctors have told the family they should continue hoping and praying, but the signs are not good.

Environment can trigger genetics. If a female grows up in a fam where the mother and aunts were all strippers(see Blac Chyna) then chances are she will pattern the behavior due to conditioning and will raise her children the same. This goes for whore ass dudes whose fathers and uncles slung dyck like cocaine with seeds peppered everywhere. Or substance abuse, you arent born a drunk/cokehead but there are triggers which bring out the behavior which is why patterns run in families and most families have certain behavioral traits. Generally its generations of depression unresolved. Or whole families who look like the Klumps...if you are genetically predisposed to being big then you shouldnt eat Flaming Hot Cheetos and sip diabetes juice/KoolAid all day. If daddy and granddad lived hard and died liver disease then you should avoid the sauce and buying out the bar by any means. Some people can break it, if they work at it, most cannot (see Keyshia Cole and Frankie Loin's litter)
