Except I'm not "people". I didn't say shyt about Nikki Minaj. Make sense. lol
OK not sinless just the sins YOU deem too horrible to then comment on something else. Dave doesn't know or care what you think is beyond the pale. Why are you acting like he should? Who are you?! lol

Based on you bringing up poor logic around needing to be sinless to criticize then you cant criticize anyone including myself. If moral high ground (which is different than hypocrisy) isnt required then anyone can criticize freely regardless of how hypocritical they are in their criticism. If it is required then it means you shouldn't be a peice of shxt if youre going to criticize peice of shxt behavior.

Dave did some fuked up shxt and deflected. Instead of talking about the subject of his actions you want to discuss if anyone has the right to critique anyone else.
He (Chappelle) clearly cares enough about what other people think to address it with a weak deflection in a set hes being paid for.

How am I acting like Dave should care about my opinion especially if im posting it on a random ass forum? This is a discussion, I gave my thoughts. Thats it. I give about as much of a fuk about Dave as he gives about me. Him "caring" is irrelevant to my opinion.

If the person caring was an requirement to share an opinion this whole forum would be dead. Its most frequented boards are based on people sharing opinions about others.

Who am I?
I'm a human being, just like Dave Chapelle.

So I guess you are equally upset when he does shows in America at the behest of billion dollar corporations?

Not equally upset and it depends on the corporation. Netflix is a Billion dollar corporation. Its paid Dave more than hes ever received for any camera work hes ever done (justly so). They also gave him full rights to Chappelle show when they didnt have to (but they did the right thing). Surely you wouldn't put Netflix in the same category as a r@pist, murdering, dictator, who doesnt even let his citizens disagree with him, and keeps laws that allow close to a million literal slaves in his country?

I wouldnt.

Holding billion dollar corps at the same level as MBS is like trying to put Jamie Dimond and Xi Jinping in the same boat of fuked up.

Are they both fuked up? Sure.
One has a lot more direct blood, murder, and carnage in their hands.

Itd be one thing if Chappelle was trying to bring his friend Elon Musk on stage during one of his shows, that'd be crazy.

That's your logic not mine.
"You can't take Saudi money and criticize Comedy Central!"
I'm just the one pointing it out. You can't even follow the conversation. Geez.

Never… We’re all hypocrites at the end of the day. I’m just trying to understand why we got smoke for entertainers performing in a foreign country, but aren’t hypercritical of ourselves and elected officials for the fukkery that’s going on with our own country….
exactly. Whatever the Saudis do, the Saudis need to worry about that. No one tells Dave he shouldn't perform in racist ass america with a pedo president. His job is to make you laugh for a bag, so he goes where he is called, whether it be Saudi, America or even Israel (I bet many performers perform here but the media nor folks say a damn thing). I wouldn't care if he performed in North Korea. Dennis Rodman be playing hoops over there all the time. I didn't care, actually I found it funny.

I don’t think Dave’s whataboutism works but I wasn’t mad at the comedy.
