Homeowners don’t want that shyt around them. Having buildings around = more people, more drama / nonsense, renters don’t gaf about the area or anything compared to home owners, etc..

We got these affordable housing buildings by us and I’d thanos snap them joints out of existence immediately if I could.

These clowns park in front of driveways when there’s no street parking then legit get mad at you about it because “they don’t want to park on another block”. I pick up hella garabage on the street and my yard every single day. Shootings, even one dumbass nikka shot himself then tried to say someone else did it. Domestics all the time, some clown busted my windshield out Memorial Day arguing with a broad at that.

Every single day it’s something, bunch of straight up bum ass nikkas who just sit around all day not doing anything productive.

And im not being insensitive either. I have a relative who maintains housing developments. They spend more time picking up trash behind these people than fixing shyt. If you always believe someone is supposed to pick up trash behind you, then you'll litter wherever you go. Because in your mind you believe its someone else's job to pick up behind you.

These developers come in and try to capitalize on an opportunity and that’s it. They did that shyt in an old neighborhood I lived in, bought some land and then built some homes that were half as nice as the existing homes. It brought everyone property value down and looked janky as hell.

They tried to do the same thing in my current neighborhood but the town shut that shyt down. The original developer sold the land and the new developer is building homes that are just as nice as the existing ones.

How you gonna have 650k dollar homes and then try and slap duplexes right in the middle of them on the same street. That’s what gets people upset. Build them down the street. Same school districts and all that but don’t fukk up someone neighborhood with that mess.
