I have a brother in Law from Ghana he went back to his village to visit his parents he said Europeans are scooping up all the beach front property, really buying out the land. He's seen beaches that were public become private property.

I really dislike expat cacs. They've been doing the same in Latin America, The Caribbean, and SE Asia for decades. Taking advantage and exploitation of the locals/indigenous peoples. Buying up everything of value in sight. Now they're after Africa right along with the Chinese, huh?


My plans are for Latin America. By the time I retire, there won't be anything left, thanks to these stinking ass greedy muthafukkas that don't even belong in warm climates.

I can bet money another big reason is because Yellow Springs has pretty much become a big tourist spot now and isn't the quiet, small hippy town it used to be.
