Dave Hot Chicken is really good (it could be the location I go to because black people cook the chicken there) but now there are going to be cost cutting measures that are going to hurt the quality of the food.

Very good quality but I do feel like since it’s a Wisconsin based restaurant, it’s easier to stay more true to the original vision due to me being in Chicago , Detroit doesn’t have one?
I know one is outside southland mall in taylor. Ive never tried it tho

Dave's Hot Chicken is not all that.
Tried it one time, got the extra spicy and medium strips.
Nothing to write home about.
Will not get them again.

Every restaurant in the title has been trash since being taken over…
Yup. It's pretty obvious how the before and after plays out.

Regarding Dave's, I can see how people like it, but I am not a fan of the "throw some hot dust on dry chicken" style which this often is. Make your batter spicy or season it while it's still hot if you're doing a dry seasoning. Daves tastes dusty to me.

Once PE steps in and buys you can kiss it goodbye. Jersey Mike's just got bought too, shouldn't be too much longer until the wheels fall off on it

I was around when Panera was bought by the group that owns Krispy Kreme. They came in and shrunk employee head count and it was calculated, an example was you'd get more rewards faster if you ordered online or at the kiosk instead of the cashier/drive thru this was to start geting rid of cashiers. Managers had to take up more work on top of what they do and they could use that to get rid of the dining room staff, etc. Started using cheaper ingredient and suppliers, even the bakers which are separate from the store staff allegedly got fukked around.

All of that is way different than the orientation videos you had to watch when you joined from the founders before getting bought out. The ingredients gets cheaper to make, the portions smaller, and the price goes up a little more and more each quarter. Capitalism's working like a charm I guess.
Jersey Mikes was so good. The turkey and cheese is their best sub. Now it will be supplied by the one corporation that owns everything. They take full advantage of franchisee’s
