I eat baked boneless chicken and green beans for lunch everyday at work when I’m in gym mode.:yeshrug:

I eat the same thing every day with slight variations here and there. Only thing I'd be worried about eating fish everyday is mercury intake but what do I know.

Nothing too odd here. Most people who keep a perfect shape or a specific look eat them same thing everyday.

shyt at one point I ate steel cut oats and boiled eggs for 2 years straight cause I thought breakfast was the most boring part of the day and never wanted to spend good amounts of time preparing it

you got all that from saying something gotta be wrong with her to eat the same shyt for 25 years. Since you in the know put me on game breh. I only been training for a decade plus. Bench is 400s, Squat is 500s and deadlift is 600s. I know them rookie numbers compared to you. What’s your training regiment? I only do 3 on, 1 off. Arms day 1, Legs day 2, back day 3 and mix in some HITT and abs in there. What you do to recover? Far as eating I do the intermittent fasting. I been doing that years it work for me. 16 hours of fasting a day and eat four meals plus a snack in a 8 hour window. I keep my fasting window around my bedtime so I sleep through most of it. I like to workout when I woke up on a empty stomach. But what’s your meal plan it might be better? What’s your macros? I stick to 2800 calories a day. I know I’m not in shape because I don’t eat like a anorexic white woman. Maybe you can teach me?
