I been doing that years it work for me. 16 hours of fasting a day and eat four meals plus a snack in a 8 hour window. I keep my fasting window around my bedtime so I sleep through most of it. I like to workout when I woke up on a empty stomach. But what’s your meal plan it might be better? What’s your macros? I stick to 2800 calories a day.
