I'm still in disbelief at the type and amount of criticism that I've heard this season/postseason.

I disagree. His gameplan to stop Steph was somewhat effective for 2 games or so. In game 3, Steph figured that double on the perimeter out and was passing out of it easily since he's basically ambidextrous. Those passes creates 4 v 3 situations and provided open looks for Iggy, Barnes, and Green. By game 5 or so, I would've changed my defensive scheme on Curry. Also, were there any in-game adjustments made by Blatt at all this series?

Why did he play Kyrie at all the Hawks series?

Why did Marion not play a single minute this post season?

Why didnt he hack-a-iggy when he was shooting 2-11 from the line? Wouldve forced Kerr to take him out.

That decision wasn't down to him.
Why did Marion not play a single minute this post season?

Take a good guess why a seven-man rotation shouldn't put a team with one of the best free-throw shooters in the penalty early.

He really did, he's just another excuse for Lebron losing, just like with Mike Brown and Spo.
He's a proven coach with championships galore, and he did his best with a decimated squad, just like Lebron did, but he gets the criticism.
He's not a proven coach. At all. Everything he did in Europe and Israel was obsolete the second he came into the NBA.

The way some of you idiots are carrying on in this thread I can assume youd rather take Blatt as your head coach than LeBron as your star player? :usure: And why SHOULD LeBron respect Blatt when he knows infinitely more about winning in the NBA than some rookie coach?

I'm not even saying he's a bad coach. Or a good one. We really don't know because of the team he has. If I'm a player for this franchise I want a more experienced coach as well, though I'm not sure who's really out there on the market. But when your best player clearly doesn't respect what you're saying and the other players follow that lead, there's really no reason for you to be out there.

David Blatt did as much as he could with what he had. IMO he should not be fired.

He really didnt though, played 25ish minutes in game 1 and 4. Not playing wouldn't have prevented the injury that he suffered.

Why did Marion not play a single minute this post season?

He played in the Boston, Chicago and Atlanta series(admittedly it wasn't much).

Why didnt he hack-a-iggy when he was shooting 2-11 from the line? Wouldve forced Kerr to take him out.

Ehh.... Iggy's a 71% career FT shooter. If he got in rhythm he'd start sinking them. Anyways, I don't think racking up fouls is a good idea on a team playing a 7 man rotation out of necessity

:childplease:

Let's not act like LeBron wants a coach who actually coaches. He just wants a figurehead who's gonna tell him what he wants to hear, so he can run the show.

With your intimate knowledge of LeBron's mind I should probably respect what you're saying. :comeon:
