For the most part, everyone is a victim of their circumstances, and while white people obviously have an easier time moving up, it's by no means likely. this is like a twisted version of the republican idea that black people can be as socially mobile as they want but are just lazy.

"what about Black on Black crime" is a valid question in the discussion of #BlackLivesMatter, but as you and others have explained, the lives of Black people murdered by other Black people don't matter in the context of the #BlackLivesMatter campaign.
