Straight from the DoJ website...Factoring in that white people are 65% and Black people are 12% the numbers shouldn't be that close...the column under Black should have 450 homicides if everything was equal
Instead it has 2245............................that means Black people kill each other roughly FIVE TIMES more often than white people
The congressman is telling the truth but not all of it ...he is right white people kill each other 83% of the time 2509/3005 X100= 83%
and Back people kill each other 90% of the time 2245/2491x100= 90%...
but those rates say nothing about the total relative to population...sheriff Clark is right on that

The killings amongst Black people these days is tied heavily to organized crime in the dealing of narcotics. Gangs are organized criminals. Just like crimes among White people during prohibition was tied heavily to organized criminals.
They legalized alcohol and White murder rates went down. When they legalize drugs or break the organized criminal gangs then Black murder rates are going to go down.

Thats probably true..All the areas in Mexico ,Colombia ,Peru and such where there is narco activity also have super high murder rates as well...Thats probably what Sheriff clark should have been bringing up...if drugs were decriminalized those murders would slow down significantly.
But he is a cop,.......Cops judges Lawyers,Prisons Bankers ,Custons agents and politicians all eat off the war on drugs so they dont wanna admit these simple facts
