If he wasnt a cop, I would care more. Thats just honesty. I wish he didnt die, I can say that much. But a 40yr career as a cop means youve done alot of bad shyt to alot of black people for a really long time. Being a black cop has not stopped, or curtailed any of the fukked up shyt they do to us, to their own communities. Especially if you were a captain. I say this with personal experience. Its unfortunate though that he died.

Fox News and maga already on it with the fake concern.:francis:
They had it anyway. They always will

We in this mess because cops always got a "look see" moment

Exactly, this is how they get folks into the trap.

Are you from St. Louis? This man was a captain for the St. Louis PD. Not STL COUNTY. If you are from STL You would understand that STLPD is the HOOD, and damn near completely black, especially if you discount the south side. STL, not the county, is literally the worst hood in America and the county is the burbs. The city and county are two completely diff entities. The black cops in STLPD are literally policing neighborhoods they grew up in, which should be commended. They are plenty of black captains, and commissioners in STL. So your post is completely misplaced and you should stfu talking on stl business if you don’t understand the make up of this city. This incident is horrible no matter what way you slice it.

Source: Born and raised in STL, son of a retired black STL city cop, who worked as a Homocide detective with the deceased, who called me crying about this today.

It is telling in here that a lot of yall are making assumptions about "What he did to deserve it" or what his past profession was, like racist white people talk about black people.

Heaven on Earth
Headline reads

“Retired Missouri Police Captain Dies Defending a Pawnshop He Doesn’t Own”

Most of our initial response would be

:yeshrug:

But then we get into the details.. “77 year old” “Black man” And I admit. The heart strings get tugged at. Because a lot of us start picturing our granddads in this position.

So naturally the right wing is going to promote him as the face of the cost of Black resistance against the state. And nikkas are gonna fall right in line out of fear and guilt and we will end up with another ‘94 Crime Bill type scenario.. I see how the media and politicians prey on our good nature and tender spirit to keep us under their boots..

R. I. P. to the man..

Stay radical and militant brehs..
