They were among the league leaders at pushing the pace and shooting three pointers during the process years. The results sucked, but at least they had a fukking identity.

This.
Everyone knows the roster is trash, not expecting the playoffs
But as a coach you gotta have players trying and playing hard and have some kind of obvious identity developing
Brett Brown had ppl thinking Wroten, KJ McDaniels and MCW could be viable contributors in the league
Fiz should been getting more out of the Kevin Knox , DSJ type dudes on the roster

St. Louis, U.S.A.
Breh every midsize to big city has the infrastructure for an nba team. shyt look at okc. St Louis May be hot bed of talent shout out to Larry Hughes but can it sustain an nba franchise and would it have viability within within St. Louis Proper, west county and the east St. Louis area? Would it be able to draw 10 thousand+ fans on a nightly basis.

Are you serious? Yes.

St. Louis has everything needed to be a successful NBA market.

Any time St. Louis gets a preseason game, which isn't often, it draws well.
Cardinals top 5 attendance every year. Blues draw well. The Rams had 11 years straight of sellouts until Kroenke sabotaged the team
including the worst 5 year stretch in nfl history (15-65).

St. Louis isn't some fairweather sports town. People live here with deep strong ties. We're not a city of transplants with their own allegiances.

Corporate support? Yes we're 10th for Fortune 500 companies. We're the 20th tv market.
We have a regional sports network that carries the Cardinals which is far reaching due to their popularity.
Cardinals ownership has said they'd love to see an NBA team in St. Louis.

We're a geographical center that people travel to all the time. Perfectly situated for rivalries with OKC MEMPHIS CHICAGO INDY etc.

Bottom line, you're not vetting us for a team. Expansion relocation isn't even rumored.

And we don't gotta prove shyt to you. Who are you? Some troll on a message board.

And Larry Hughes retired 7 years ago, shout out his Godson who been busting y'all ass all season. Game winner over RJ Barrett.

Shout out Bill Bradley, the St. Louis cac with a jersey in y'all rafters. The last time y'all won anything.

Fukk we got to prove to somebody from Brick City Florida?

:hhh:

Yet another guy Dolan is paying to do nothing. I feel like people just hit him up like an atm. Still paying Phil, maybe just stopped paying Derek. Jeez.

Edit:

Forgot about Jeff Hornacek. We still paying him too??

Thankfully, I believe his contract ended earlier this year

I didn't see anything special with him during his tenure. He had lots of co-signs going in but never impressed me at all. The good news is he got canned before he could run up a horrible W/L record. He can go to another bench, hone his skills and get another shot in he future.
The Knicks are an absolute mess, they were actively tanking to get KD, Kyrie and Zion so I don't know why they thought this team would be successful. However they seemed to be without an identity with the pieces they had. Can't consistently lose by 25-30 points and expect to be retained. Still rooting for breh but

Move The Knicks to St. Louis. Knicks team records and history stays in NY.

Team becomes the Spirits of St. Louis.

Tatum comes home in 2022 Free Agency, lures Beal the next summer.

NBA expands in 3 years. New York Knicks, and Seattle Supersonics.

And don't worry about being a bad expansion team, the 2023 free agency class is deep.

Players will make sure they're on the market for when the Knicks return with new ownership.

Knicks fans deserve a break!!!

:damn:
Wouldn’t Dolan run the St. Louis team while still running MSG then?
