BRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOKKKKKKLLLLLYYYYYNNNN
I didn't see anything special with him during his tenure. He had lots of co-signs going in but never impressed me at all. The good news is he got canned before he could run up a horrible W/L record. He can go to another bench, hone his skills and get another shot in he future.
The Knicks are an absolute mess, they were actively tanking to get KD, Kyrie and Zion so I don't know why they thought this team would be successful. However they seemed to be without an identity with the pieces they had. Can't consistently lose by 25-30 points and expect to be retained. Still rooting for breh but
:yeshrug:
I don't think they were purposely tanking. I think Dave really believed that Mudiay was an elite star above Burke and Frank. Had Frank and Burke got more minutes and not sustained injuries, Frank would've established an identity and Burke would've stayed in NY without us going for Dennis Smith.

We didn't go for Dennis Smith, we got young talent back for Kristaps

Are you serious? Yes.

St. Louis has everything needed to be a successful NBA market.

Any time St. Louis gets a preseason game, which isn't often, it draws well.
Cardinals top 5 attendance every year. Blues draw well. The Rams had 11 years straight of sellouts until Kroenke sabotaged the team
including the worst 5 year stretch in nfl history (15-65).

St. Louis isn't some fairweather sports town. People live here with deep strong ties. We're not a city of transplants with their own allegiances.

Corporate support? Yes we're 10th for Fortune 500 companies. We're the 20th tv market.
We have a regional sports network that carries the Cardinals which is far reaching due to their popularity.
Cardinals ownership has said they'd love to see an NBA team in St. Louis.

We're a geographical center that people travel to all the time. Perfectly situated for rivalries with OKC MEMPHIS CHICAGO INDY etc.

Bottom line, you're not vetting us for a team. Expansion relocation isn't even rumored.

And we don't gotta prove shyt to you. Who are you? Some troll on a message board.

And Larry Hughes retired 7 years ago, shout out his Godson who been busting y'all ass all season. Game winner over RJ Barrett.

Shout out Bill Bradley, the St. Louis cac with a jersey in y'all rafters. The last time y'all won anything.

Fukk we got to prove to somebody from Brick City Florida?

:hhh:

:dwillhuh: You need to fukkin relax breh . You getting in your feelings over what I said. I used to live in St. Louis for 4 years from 2004-2008 so I’m very familiar with that area. I’m not even trying to troll I was fukkin around then you took it to another level. I went to plenty of rams games and plenty of cardinals games.

Rams games were a ghost town. They were practically giving out tickets when I was out there. Nobody was really fukkin with them. I was pretty surprised since they were a really good team a few years before that.

As far as the cardinals it was their city. People loved the cardinals they’d deck out the whole downtown in red and even the fountains had red water lol. The environment at games was incredible and the landing after games would get lit as fukk. Off topic but My barber was yadier molinas barber so I got to hang out at his crib for a barbecue one afternoon. shyt was dope.... really cool dude.
Not trying to down your city breh. It’s a great town lots to do there but people not really going there for vacation.

You're an idiot and can't read

can’t read? bytch it’s very clear what the deal is with this trash ass team and trash ass ownership and it’s the same shyt that has literally been going on for 2 years at MSG.

Don’t get your thong all up in a bunch because the Knicks will never be relevant again in any of our lifetimes. Better go beg the dude who just bought the Mets to do the same for the Knicks. And as for Fizdale, dude is finished and serves him right for willing walking into this mess.

But hey, if you feel like you can do better, just put in an app.

What was the reason for shipping out Kristaps if they weren't actively clearing the books for KD and Kyrie?

Ain't nobody ever said the Knicks were expected to be good. The bar was set low and Fiz couldn't even reach that bar... That's why he was fired. Now please, keep posting your "original content" that none of us delusional Knicks fans have read before

Nah you tried to play my city with that Rams shyt. ( You still haven't asked me about the lawsuit. ) And 2004 was the tail end of GSOT, they'd already traded Warner and Faulk was 2 years away from retiring. You weren't here for the GSOT.

Furthermore the Rams had 4 winning seasons in St. Louis in 21 years. They enjoyed more support than warranted and more support than they would have gotten in most cities with that record. Yet and still we were set to build them another stadium at $1.1 Billion dollars. So just stop trying to paint a narrative from your limited perspective. You're trying to pass it by the wrong guy. 8, 6, 8, 3, 2, 1 win seasons. Man fukk you.

And I don't need you to tell me about my Cardinals. I know.

Lastly I never said St. Louis was a vacation spot. I said It's a geographical center. A lot of people pass through here and the Cardinals draw from a wide geographical base. 40% travel from outside the metro area for games. That's just under 1 million on their 3 million annual total. Still, we do pretty well in tourism with families, not every vacation is to party on south beach.

And good for you for hanging out with Yadi, I doubt he remembers you.
