I say just send them the documents and have them fill it out. They have a couple of weeks before arrival so maybe they'll be processed and can walk right in.
Ohio and Detroit are ravaged cities with block and blocks of empty boarded up homes, why are we turning so many people away? If they fill out the forms and have a legit reason for asylum, what the heck is the big deal? Let them in. If they're Democrats let them live in Texas, we could use more Democrats down there or in the rust belt.
The reason why I wouldn’t want them in and why I think your idea is awful is because the black populations would be moved and replaced and black people would be even more of a minority and have less jobs and resources
