Only man ever to be a Seal, Air Force TACP and graduate the Ranger Course as Top Enlisted Man.

Dude was a completely inexperienced runner and with no training ran a 24 hour marathon. Had NO ultra marathon experience and was placing top 10 in his first 6 months as a ultra marathoner (and by his own admission he was not a cardio guy! )


Did all this by simply being a hard motherfukker who revels in the pain of pushing himself to near death. Pure Saiyan shyt.

Anytime someone is EVERYWHERE I instantly get skeptical, this guy is no different. There is a reason whites have been promoting him so heavy since 2015 from my research. He preaches a racism doesn't exist/"do for self" message that is extremely problematic in the grand scheme of American society.

I listened to chapter one of his book and it's clear his life was fukked up because his father was fukked up, because his father came from a line of those old school kinds of black men who were horrible people because they came from a lineage of people who also had rough lives. And you know why? Racism and white supremacy, which is always the root cause of black dysfunction.

Long story short: Goggins has a nice message but don't let that distract you from the fact white supremacy is the root cause why his life was fukked up to begin with.

He actually spoke on the George Floyd shooting and had ETHER for cacs lmao they were all in the IG comments mad. I'll have to post it..

And David's message about racism/cards that life give you in the book was very pragmatic: his thing is no one is going to save you and you gotta do for self. It demands that oppressed/handicap people be exceptional but hes not wrong though. You have to save yourself.
