Some people like it, and despite the whole argument that "Young people see this, and want to aspire to it", which is fukking silly, these fukking attention whore/content demons see an easy liq like this, a bunch of people that aren't hurting anyone AT ALL, and have to put out negative connotations about it. I agree with Goggins but trying to motivate fat people is a waste of time and energy. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING coddles fat people (mostly women). It’s ok to call a man fat and fat shame him but tell a bytch she needs to hit the treadmill and all hell breaks loose.

Hell it’s partially men’s fault and women telling other women what they wanna hear. Go on these fat chicks Instagram pages (thousands of followers) and look at the comment sections or their DM’s. You even got women that was in shape but gave up and got sloppy because they realized they get the same if not more attention somehow. There’s no incentive for a fat chick to lose weight because she still gets an abundance of male attention and her friends gas her.

smh, picking and choosing peoples worth based on their appearance is how the world should work? That mentality has worked out great in action! I refuse to believe you don't have anyone in your life that you care about that isn't fat, it's not even possible in todays world, just like gay people, the statistics make it impossible. How does "coddling" fat people affect your life in any way? Why punch down? Id rather be fat than like David Goggins. Ive watched him in several interviews including this and dude had a rough upbringing, and he's still trying to fill a gap in his heart. He can be in the best shape of his life, and accomplish all his physical goals, but guess what, dude is still insufferable AF. The hypothetical fat chick in his story could be confident, find a BBW chaser to love on her, have tons of friends, have a fulfilled career, and enjoy all the foods she wants. She gets diabetes and dies at age 60. Thats a much more preferable life than David Goggins. There are plenty of morbidly obese fat folk who need some of Goggins tough love, but its obvious Goggins needs therapy and should focus on healing than pointing fingers at lazy people.

A few things.. first this is why I never pulled the trigger on getting his book. I don't wanna read a ton of pages on how this nikka exercises his heart out literally and reasons why we should all do the same..

As far as what he said according to his logic we should be telling women they're unattractive if they're not the size and shape of a thin model because that would motivate them to eat healthy and exercise
