My guess is when that new management took over and switched the formula for profit, they kept the OG breakdown for marketing. These dudes were known as king of macros in the fitness nutrition world

why are these so popular? tastes like sand. that gold foil wrapper fooled me
People are obssesed with calories and protein nowadays, i saw protein being promoted on cereal box (Man wtf lol).. Its gotten crazy with the kids nowadays especially with them having access to A.I. Always been in decent shape but locked in again couple years back. So people ask questions and thats normal but when niece ask, its like where you getting this from.. "Oh Im full how do I get 180 grams of protein in a day?" :heh: Like chilllll.. "Oh I want to take creatine, which brand should I get?" Are you taking any peptides? I heard if you take baking soda before workouts its better, you think I should start?

These are things that used to be exclusive to body builders but the younger generations are all tryna max out and going to extremes to accomplish. Insanity.

If you wanna take protein supplementation then go for whey powder
Forget bars, they all scams, all of them.
I've seen bars that say 22g of protein but when you put it on a scale the whole thing weighs 16g,
You think all that 16g is protein?

Stay away from all bars and stick with whey powder

Also research on protein bars shows that when protein is baked and mixed in a bar matrix, its digestibility and amino acid availability drop compared with the same protein in “pure” form (like powder).
So even if the grams on the label are accurate, a bar can give you less usable protein than the same amount from a powder.
