Laimbeer is a bytch for not doing anything after his teammate got laid out like that. All that goon/villain shyt evaporated when it was go time.
The same coach that knew his hand was fukked at the time.
Nobody is saying stock was necessarily better overall, but right then and for the team chemistry he was the best option.

Honestly, it shouldn't have been up to the players who were on the team. Coaches should've decided.
Isiah should've been on there. I kinda get the feeling that it was only Jordan and Pippen who really hated Isiah and the other guys just went along with the flow to stay on Jordan's good side.

People keep saying there would've been a negative vibe if Thomas was a member of the Dream Team...but how do we know this?......Thomas coached Mike in the all-star game years after the Dream Team snub without any drama........... What if Mike, Isiah, and Scottie sat down and had a real heart to heart?... What if Thomas came out said he was wrong and ask for forgiveness?.....Jordan/Pippen are taking the non-handshake to personal IMO........Had Thomas been selected to the Dream Team I believe he and Mike would've buried the hatchet. Scottie being the follower that he is would've fell in line.

I think so too. Now we got 50 year old men still beefing when they could've played together and got over the drama decades ago.

Thomas is one of the greatest competitors, players, and point guards in the history of the league. That's undisputed. But that staged walk off was a bytch move that will follow him forever. Especially, AFTER Mike fought tears and forced himself to dap the Pistons up the previous year.
