His name is Koba and he is confirmed to be in this one. Someone pointed out that he's actually in the trailer:

*Also directly behind Caesar on the right hand side is Rocket, the ape who picked on Caesar for awhile before Caesar eventually made him .

Koba is also featured on one of the posters:

If you listen to Commisioner Gordon .... Its at least 8 years after the first movie ... He says they spent 4 years fighting the virus and 4 years fighting each other....
Harry Osborne is not in this. I just hope they explain why the Great and Powerful OZ is not here.. if he's dead, etc... Maybe have a opening montage with a voiceover showing death, funeral, etc with Gollum ... Andy .... um, I mean Ceaser
