Word son shyt happens to me back and fourth from work, I be 13 miles from home and i get a thought in my head, next thing I know Im home already

It happen to me before three times.
One out of the three I was slowly waking up,
felt like I was in three different places at once,
physical world, dream(sleep) world and another place...world.
In the aanother place world I could see people.
while I was waking up,
I was about to crash into a big wheeler.
the other two times I fell as sleep I woke up driving perfectly.
