Surprisingly, after completely cutting out added sugar (soda, dessert, etc) from my diet (only fruit) and cutting down on carbs, I’ve become a new man.
That’s prob the least of his problems. His cholesterol and BP gotta be off the fukking charts
and his blood sugar ... but he mentioned those already. This is a video specifically about ED.
At some point you have to look yourself in the face and put health before clout. Built a brand but cant beat off. Hope it was worth it
