We energies where I live use to let people not have to pay their energy bill from November-April, nikkas been outchere on some cuz they aint had to pay all winter but now they said Nah SON! they cutting nikkas off now starting December 1st if that bill aint paid in full ..my cousin don't know what he gone do cuz he already $400 deep on his electric bill, he asked me if they would let him make a payment plan I told breh don't play wit We energies, they like the Irs, them nikkas gone collect regardless

Seems like they did it backwards. A lot of places dont make you pay november through March cause of cold temps they are required to provide some type of heat even if it's cutting off the gas and providing or allowing electric heaters and if you don't start paying in spring they cut your shyt off cause AC is a commodity not a necessity.
