no you pay less than $50 for a fake funded account. i haven't used it yet im still learning on demo's

you have to hit there profit challenge (they do the challenge to filter out non profitable traders)
once you pass that they give you the real money.
once you have the real money they split it 80/20 ( they take 20)
if you can grow the real $5000 to $10000, they reduce their cut to 90-10(you keep 90)

So you got funded without really knowing how to trade, but you're holding off on using the funded account and practicing on demos for the time being? That sounds so dope, man. All the best to you and your journey breh. I'm on my way as well! Still learning what a "call" or a "put" is at this point though lol.

Just finished a course on option trading by James Thompkins (saw his name mentioned on here back In the SOHH days prolly)... Lost a lot of money fukkin with options on my own with no strategy. He's a big time scalper... Just started live training on the 1st... Account is currently up 50%...Just gotta continue to control my emotions and greed going forward.

How/where did you learn how to trade in the first place? I mean I see you said you took a course on options from Thompkins but what about just how to trade overall? Is that also where you learned?

Lol I was in some scam crypto group. Fortunately, never invested in what they were selling or lost any money. But initially, they were putting the "students" onto option plays to make. I had a
Robinhood account and just followed their suggestions on what plays to make. They all made me some pretty good returns. I'd never even heard of options until that point. I think that was just to earn trust so I would invest like 20K into this fake coin that was gonna be going "public." (look up ASI coin just in case anyone else here is getting involved with those clowns.) I left that group but what couldn't be denied was that very real trading money in my
Account. Started researching a lil more on my own... A lot of theories out there about how to read charts and different indicators to use... Like I said... I ended up losing madd bread tryna learn on my own. The class from Thompkins is what actually taught me how to trade.
