SSJ3 Goku is who eventually beats kid buu, so that's just false
Gotenks is powerful but lacks fighting experience
Ultimate Gohan is the most powerful but also lacks the experience that goku and vegeta have and that's why he got caught slippin and got absorbed
Vegito was the ultimate and could have killed buu but that would mean killing everyone buu absorbed so he got absorbed on purpose to rescue the rest of the crew and then vegeta no longer wanted to fuse again

they're all good story lines if you ask me
