I gotta bounce in like litterally 2 mins or so but let me squeeze this in here "Goku Black" is a character from the series he's a God who wished to be made in the form of Goku with the super dragon balls. Ain't got shyt to do with race. Black was killing mortals because he felt it was a waste trying to teach them the ways to divinity because their stuck in their ways.
