gotta run background checks on mufukkas and even that might not save you.
it won´t if you rent to them anyway.

I remember one time I had a female roommate and she invited her boyfriend in I saw the nikka in my bathroom. I told her I almost clapped him.

Shorty knew her rights and told me I´d go to jail this was in Maryland and she was right I also couldn´t kick her out. I ended up bushing the apartment because the lease was up the next month anyway.

Never again.

Before people get into any of this airbnb and rental properties out , please go through everything to make sure u are protected especially up north with these soft ass liberal states that have compassion for the ignorance
Yep. Tons of crime, homelessness, high taxes and cost of living in these Blue states.

Airbnb tenant from hell booked home for a month - now says she's entitled to squat there for as long as she wants

"In Washington DC, people who occupy a home without permission can gain legal rights to the property through a process known as adverse possession, according to the House Buyers of America".

Above the fray.
A squatter can live in a house for 9+ months, yet in Detroit a landlord of an apartment complex failed to pay the electric bill and was thus legally allowed to give rent-paying tenants only 5 days notice to vacate the premises. I'm not trying to hijack a thread, just showing how squatting is getting out of hand, compared with legal protections for actively paying tenants on a lease.

City should have sent letters/emails to all of the residents when they reopened the nuisance/failure to make repairs case.

Even if the details were buried in fine print, the residents could have been made aware of their options and how different scenarios could have played out. For example, whether the terms of their leases were still valid, pending the outcome of the case.
If they saw that the bottom could have dropped, some could have given notice, stopped paying and made plans to leave.

Sadly, only an attorney that they hired would have explained these things to them

Breh homeowners should count themselves lucky that people don't just round them up and put 'em in camps and shoot them. "Homeowners" is just a euphemism for the sellouts who sold their souls to the banks after the 2008 financial crisis. They have no moral rights or legitimacy. They can cry cac tears.
:mjlol: Leftists never beating the allegations their ideology is based on envy and resentment.
