Green Arrow, Deathstroke, Darkseid, and Doom Patrol were created before Hawkeye, Deadpool, Thanos, and Doom Patrol.

I want to see Darseid but most people will think Darkseid copy Thanos even though Darkseid is older and made by the same person.

They stole off of each other a lot. Marvel made better versions by far most of the time, they had better ideas, especially with villains. The one character where DC clearly came out on top is with Batman(Tony Stark is mediocre by comparison), which is why DC has no choice but to keep going back to that well.
