Pay to get on, if you don't pay enough you pay to get out. Just typing that still irks the crap outta me lol.
It only clicked recently that that's what Atlanta is headed toward with MARTA, just like with the toll lanes on highways here too(existing and planned). I think several states saw how Florida was raking in the loot with tolls and decided to do the same.
