It could be an issue but I don't think it will be. Sony produces the 'Spiderverse' movies as well as the Tom Holland movies and everyone understands they are two different Spider-Mans.
Obviously, one is animated and that helps. However, I would think Gunn's Batman will probably look a lot different tonally/aesthetically than Reeves Batman and it will show like Spider-Man that people are willing to come out for both.
