There are regional differences in style and obesity rates for one. Different places in the USA had different amounts of various ethnic groups from Africa brought here as well. People all over the USA are not all the same, this is silly. Different accents and attitudes also play a role. Also places with money are different than places without it. I don't see why this needs to be explained.
