So yeah about that black Adam movie starring Dwayne

I am mad at myself for even feeding into the initial hate posts.

There are so many things to discuss with this film: casting; whether it will be whitewashed or not; the storyline they will go with; who will direct it etc.
But instead this whole thread gets derailed by the same dudes who post the same shyt in every DC movie thread.

I wonder with Rock now getting deeper in the producing and with his "7 Bucks Studios" itish how much control is he gonna have with this. He been doing a good job with what he does

I really want to see Fincher make a comic book film though I know it'll never happen.

I'm guessing rock will probably hand pick a director he has that type of pull now.

And he's going to hand pick the cat who directed San Andreas

He's okay on the producing tip. Central intelligence is forgetful as hell. San Andreas is fun but again forgetful. I think he needs to let Johns have more pull on this one while using his power to steer it creatively. He needs a director who won't be intimidated by him tho

There's probably not a single discussion about a DC movie on the internet that hasn't devolved into a bash fest, and comparisons to Marvel movies. Central Intelligence was his? I thought SA was pretty good for what it was.... it was a "Natural Disaster" movie and honestly we aint had one of those in a minute. Like wasnt the last one 2012 with John Cusack? And before that was the one with the world freezing? Forgot who was the star of that one. But those come every few years.
