Point 2: She showed signs of mental illness far before, immediately before, during, and after her pregnancy.
Point 3: You don’t prematurely try to take a woman from her child. I believe you should always try to hold out, and no court would give him custody because she “seemed” off. So that would have just led to him going through what he’s going through now, which is not seeing his son.

He’s allowed to defend himself and he has no choice to, once she decides to go public. That’s not retaliation, that’s covering all bases.
