they both travel, so that's not the issue. she may be able to come back from time to time and i'm sure she will, it's not like they are average people who have to be economical with travel.
it seems like you are missing the main point that the issue is the child which is wild to say "why does the baby need to be with her" just because the mother is working. that's deadbeat way of thinking that most male entertainers do "well im on the road so i can't see the kid blah blah".
i think the child is generally with her since they have been separated (i seen some content of her where she has halo with her on set) so the courts want to maintain what the child is accustomed to as long as that is in the kid's best interest. that's first and foremost.
and then on top of that, she alleges that he does harmful ish in the child's presence so the kid is on the restraining order of protection from ddg.
and then on top of that, she alleges that ddg hasn't gone to see the child at visitation for a month or whenever this legal issue began.
taking all these factors into consideration, i would just let the kid be with her and then deal with ddg when she is back.
