I HATE TO SAY IT BUT DDP MAY BE IN OVER HIS HEAD ON THIS ONE, BROTHER! JAKE THE SNAKE IS A GUY YOU CAN REACH INTELLECTUALLY, DUDE! YOU MAKE A LOGICAL ARGUMENT TO THAT GUY AND HE'LL SELL IT, MEAN GENE! BUT SCOTT HALL IS THE TYPE OF GUY WHO YOU CAN TELL WAS TRAUMATIZED BEFORE HE HAD THE WISDOM AND COURAGE TO FIGHT AGAINST THOSE DEMONS, JACK! I REALLY AM ROOTING FOR HIM THOUGH! WE CAN GET SOME CRUTCHES AND DR. SCHOLL'S GEL THINGS FOR NASH AND HAVE AN NWO REUNION, CHAMP!

I've been lifting for close to a decade, and incorporated yoga almost 2 years ago. I can't really say much for the strength gains because the last 2 years I have just been in maintenance and cutting mode for the most part.

Let me tell you this...... the posture and walk will be Bruce Lee status. I started off thinking it was all physical...then I noticed how it made me feel and started researching. Yoga will change your perspective on life. It brings you more in tune with your emotions and in turn you start to know yourself better. As a bonus, the emotional high/stress release you get from it is unreal.

Yoga will change the way you lift as well. All I really know are like 20 poses, start off learning like 3-4 main ones..then add one every couple of days.

20 minutes of yoga 5 times a week is like :mindblown:

It will change your life, don't sleep on it any longer. General basic rule, don't have any food in your stomach or water for at least 2 hours before doing your session. It works best on an empty stomach, that's when you really tune in..and let your energy move.

Great post brother, been doing DDP Yoga for 9 months now. My posture is superb and i'm stronger than I ever was lifting weights, also my back pains have gone and my hips have straightened out, not to mention the weight loss.

The feeling you get when you're feeling a bit jaded and you complete a workout is :ahh:

I hope this is true because like Jake, I just want to see them make on camera appearances in the WWE and get a PROPER send off before it's too late. I don't care about them wrestling anymore, it's about saving lives bruhs :to:

we need to see Scott Hall Razor Edge a nikka and Jake hit the GOAT DDT on some poor soul have his snake (no homo) crawl all over him...like in the old days..then they can be properly inducted into the hall of fame

Great post. Me and my gal are going to start doing it at home and this sold me on it even more. Any suggestions on books/DVDs I should cop?

I can almost imagine the kind of response Hall would get as a surprised entrant at the rumble

his music hits
Razor Ramon Theme - YouTube
:wow:

that pop in a city like NY, toronto, or Chicago would be legendary

let this happen:to:

A Razor surprise entrance at the Rumble at MSG ? The Garden would collapse from the pop he would get. It makes too much sense if Hall was clean to do it in a smark city. If it were to happen it would be at Topeka Kansas or something.

It's funny but I think this has been a huge problem with the WWE in recent years. Too many big name returns in wack cities. You bring a guy back in a smark city he will get a huge pop, thus that pop carries over to other cities when they go there. Far too many big names have returned to crappy cities where they get no pop and when they go to the next city they again get no reaction. People are sheep, they return and get no pop they continue to get no reaction. Bring them out in a big city, they get the pop it carries over.

Yup, totally agree. Nothing worse than marking out only to have that excitement instantly :dead: by the lack of crowd reaction. Some cities should just be given house shows and nothing more. I found it shocking that they had a house show at MSG of all places a few weeks ago when that could have been a live airing. Guess the problem is these dates are set half a year in advance and we know most of these surprise appearances/returns are decided literally days beforehand. When it does work out though :wow:
