Played this song all summer of '93. Still love it.
I have so many De La joints that I love, so it's hard to pick one. The funny thing is, they said they hate "Breakadawn", and try not to ever perform it. This and "Me, Myself & I" are joints they always say they didn't like making. Which is wild because those are two of their biggest classics.
The vocal sample for "Breakadawn" pops up around 0:43. "Quiet Storm" was always one of my childhood favorites. So it just made me love this track even more. So classic.
