Idk. But he seem to only review casual dining or takeout places, not a big deal.
But yea if he wants to be taken seriously as a reviewer he'll need to have some experience or credentials in the food industry otherwise it's just some dudes opinion.
Nope, that’s the thing the average person wants the opinion of an average person. I want to know how the experience is based on a a regular person, not someone who studied culinary arts in France for 10 years.
That’s exactly why he blew up. He coming at it from a regular person point of view.
I don’t want the opinion of someone who gushes over 8 course meals that include seared octopus, duck with fennel foam, foie gras, truffle soufflé, etc…….
