It's hard to argue because it comes down to preferences. To say that the 90s had no cartoons is just untrue. But that's because this is all relative. I will say tho that the 80s birthed the Simpson's which is not only one of the GOAT cartoons but one of the GOAT tv shows period. Oh and i can't speak on the all Vegeta love

Simpsons should be 90's, since it didnt become great until the 80's were long over, and its GOAT years were in the 90's.

And if you say no and argue it started in the 80's, then South Park is still 90's and that's dwarfing any cartoon from the 80's, by any measure.
