Like two years ago, I worked in retail at a store called "Roses". The manager was racist as fukk. Would single me out for no reason. One day, he scolded me in front of people. Then, I do temp work this past year because in Hampton Roads it's hard to find a job. Also, Whites control all the markets here

I'm at the point where I feel comfortable around my own people and hate being around cacs. When I was at Subway Saturday a White worker tried to make jokes with me and it was uncomfortable. Just wanted to buy a sub in peace. Now, I know it's not good to dislike people, but this past year with Whites showing their true colors (White-Americans) rather I just like being far away from their ass. I even applied for a job at this local store and the cac assistant manager said out loud that he didn't want to speak with me.

This is why after I file my taxes next month I'm going to go back to school and create a side hustle cutting grass or some shyt. Make money at home, then after I get my degree do my own thing and get a cert in a skill.

Also, during temp job I had a bedwench employer who would treat Blacks differently from cacs. I remember I accidentally injured myself on a job and she came up there and scolded at me. The White temp dude who had his sleeve off was just warned. This whole year has just been yuck and I've been working my ass off. Cacs who hardly put in work out here winning.

'White' people have become comfortable talking in front of us about anything. You can easily make them UN-comfortable without risking your job.

First, make them realize that if they're working for someone else, they aren't 'White'. They are Caucasians using 'White-skin' privileges bestowed on them as a result of slavery in the 18th Century. Their job was to keep all us Brown people under control and subservient, all the while, they, too, were subservient to their 'Masters', i.e., rich European landowners. As long as they felt that they were 'above' us, they felt secure in their positions of authority. All that is changing, slowly but surely, but most of them ain't 'woke' yet. That's why you'll still see the errant Caucasian rant about 'n1ggers' and every other ethnic group that isn't European.
