From my understanding you get the new weapons/costumes but not the story content.

13gb for weapons and costumes if you don't buy the DLC? Damn

That's insane. I loved Dead Rising 1 and 2 on the XBox and will probably get 3 if I ever get an XBox One but just knowing I'd have to download a 13GB patch when I get the game is a huge turn-off. Don't many people have download caps? One patch and you hit your limit? LOL.
